In this course i have learnt
too many things including my old skills. This course leveled me up to another
level to reach the highest. Other things I have learnt is doing my CV in a
professional way that I couldn’t do without the help of this course and our
instructor MR.Gregory. the main thing that I have learnt in this course is
doing presentation in front of too many people that I couldn’t do it before.

I will use these skills that I have learnt in
this course in my future job and other professional purposes. Presentations and
research doing is important in the working environment were the skill the I
have learnt will be tested and monitored.

My biggest challenge in the
work communication is doing presentations in front of too many people and
managers. I get stressed and unable to think and remember my notes. Thanks to
the experience I had in the course that made me overcome and made me focus on
the topics not the audience.

I can address this challenge
by focusing on my presentation and notes and think out of the box. From what I
have learnt in this presentations is the importance of eye contacts. Eye
contact with the audience makes me feel optimistic where I can see from the
audience’s faces if I’m doing good or not. Furthermore, the course taught me to
prepare and study for the presentation before it is demonstrated to avoid
lagging and making mistakes.

In conclusion, the final
comments that can be given to this course is this course is very important to
help the student in his future life including jobs. The course must be given to
every classes in the college.
